The problem
Freelancers are owed money by people they cannot afford to antagonize. The chase is emotional labor, so it does not happen, so the money does not arrive.
My role
Product definition, architecture, and build.
Decisions worth defending
- Never touches funds or card data. Integrate the system of record; do not rebuild it.
- Payment status from a bank feed is inferred and confirmed, not read as authoritative — the opposite of how a processor webhook is treated.
- Ingested contract text is data, never instruction — a hard prompt-injection boundary.
Where it stands
Built and deployed on a shared platform engine that also serves two other products. Pre-launch.
